How to use this page
Section titled “How to use this page”From Notebook, open templates (favorites and your saved templates). Templates give you a repeatable structure — for example a post-trade checklist — so every review asks the same questions.
Create and use templates
Section titled “Create and use templates”- Open Notebook and open the templates area.
- Create a template with the sections you always want (setup, risk, emotions, lessons, etc.).
- Save it. Template limits depend on your membership.
- When writing a note, apply a template instead of starting from a blank page.
- Favorite templates you use most; delete ones you outgrow.
- Keep templates short enough that you will actually fill them in
- Separate “trade review” and “weekly review” templates
- Pair templates with tags so qualitative notes and quantitative filters stay aligned
