cTrader — How to set up broker auto sync

Automatically import trades from any cTrader-connected broker (such as IC Markets, Pepperstone, and others) into TradeReview.

  • A TradeReview account with an active Pro subscription
  • A cTrader account with your broker

Step 1: Open the Broker Sync page in TradeReview, or click the + button in the sidebar and choose Broker Sync.

Step 2: Click Add new broker.

Step 3: Select cTrader from the broker list.

Step 4: You are redirected to cTrader to sign in and authorize TradeReview. Grant access when prompted.

Step 5: After authorization, you return to TradeReview. Your cTrader accounts are linked and the initial sync starts automatically.

  • Real-time updates: New trades are synced shortly after they close via a live connection to cTrader.
  • Scheduled backup: TradeReview also runs an hourly backup sync to catch any missed trades.
  • History: On first connect, TradeReview imports trade history back to your account open date.

On the Broker Sync page you can:

  • View Last sync and Next sync for each linked account
  • Click Resync now to trigger a manual sync (available once every 15 minutes)
  • Click Fix if the connection status shows Broken (for example, after a password change at your broker)
