cTrader — How to set up broker auto sync
Automatically import trades from any cTrader-connected broker (such as IC Markets, Pepperstone, and others) into TradeReview.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- A TradeReview account with an active Pro subscription
- A cTrader account with your broker
Connect cTrader
Section titled “Connect cTrader”Step 1: Open the Broker Sync page in TradeReview, or click the + button in the sidebar and choose Broker Sync.
Step 2: Click Add new broker.
Step 3: Select cTrader from the broker list.
Step 4: You are redirected to cTrader to sign in and authorize TradeReview. Grant access when prompted.
Step 5: After authorization, you return to TradeReview. Your cTrader accounts are linked and the initial sync starts automatically.
How sync works
Section titled “How sync works”- Real-time updates: New trades are synced shortly after they close via a live connection to cTrader.
- Scheduled backup: TradeReview also runs an hourly backup sync to catch any missed trades.
- History: On first connect, TradeReview imports trade history back to your account open date.
Manage your connection
Section titled “Manage your connection”On the Broker Sync page you can:
- View Last sync and Next sync for each linked account
- Click Resync now to trigger a manual sync (available once every 15 minutes)
- Click Fix if the connection status shows Broken (for example, after a password change at your broker)
